Why does a cordova(ionic) app take a long time to launch after minimizing on ios?

If I minimize the application on iOS and then after a long time (a couple of days if I don’t open it) I try to open it, it takes about 10 seconds to open and the longer I don’t touch it, the longer it takes to reopen
