How to allow an iOS application to use disk space?

I have an application (Apache Cordova, Ionic Framework) using WebSQL as a database.
When you run it in Safari - the browser asks - "Allow this website to use N-megabytes of disk space?". If agreed, it continues to function accordingly.
On the iPad, splash screen, and then just a white screen. In fact, a similar warning should have appeared, as in a safari, but did not appear.
It can be fixed?
Can be somehow forced to allow to use N-megabytes in XCode?
I saw about the limitation of 50 MB ..

The application is already allowed to use n megabytes, unless of course n is a conceivable value

never use print_r but only var_dump ()
