How to restore iPad mini after a lock?
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
They gave me an iPad mini A1455 today, after the child used up all attempts to remember the password. The screen says: "iPad is disabled.", and the request will connect to iTunes. I watched a couple of videos on this topic on youtube, installed the latest version of iTunes, downloaded the iPad2,7_9.3.1_13E238_Restore.ipsw firmware, connected the iPad, entered recovery mode, pressed the Alt + "Restore" button, selected the firmware, and received a message, first that the firmware does not fit, then "This device does not qualify for the requested software build."
The problem is that I live in Kamchatka and pay 400 rubles for 1 GB of Internet, and therefore it’s unprofitable for me to download a fresh one from Apple servers, but there was this firmware on local resources, as well as others, but all firmware of different versions display the same problems . And I'm afraid to download fresh from Apple servers, I'll spend money, but the effect will suddenly be the same.
Please give me some advice on how to solve this problem.

THE EASY WAY: The easy way out of this situation is to use iTunes to reset the password, however this works when done from the same computer which was used for last sync.
THE HARD WAY: This invariably erases everything on the device and installs the latest version of iOS.
