Why does a computer with a video card lose signal?

I assembled the assembly at the beginning of 2020, and then a problem appeared (the hardware is all new)
PSU - Thermaltake Smart RGB 600
Video card - MSI GTX 1660 Super
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
Briefly about the problem:
I play games, I sit on YouTube or the computer is idle, sometimes my screen goes blank (loses signal) and the video card cooler makes noise (revs are at maximum), while the computer is in working order and I can also sit in the discord to chat. The computer itself does not restart after that.
I repeat, this happens both in games (even not very demanding ones), and in idle time (in the browser or just AFK I stand and happen)
Now it happens once every 2-6 months periodically (it happened 8 times in 3 days, and before that it was very long ago )
I changed the CPU (it so happened that the percentage fucked up a year later and bought the same one), but nothing has changed.
The video card heats up to 70 degrees at max. load, did not heat up above. Well, it’s just as easy to heat up in idle time.

Tell me, is the problem in the video card or look towards the PSU? And how can you diagnose the problem? Thank you all and blessings

There are many options, but most likely a problem with the power supply (or you can power on the card itself, but this is more difficult to diagnose and expensive to repair). It looks exactly like this - the video driver reboots, the screen flashes, it happens if the card and the power supply have been under the maximum load for a long time, for example, cryptocurrencies were mined, which often happens if the card was bought by a BU.
If the problem is in the PSU, then it can disappear if you connect the video card to another line, for example, through an adapter, through connectors for powering drives, they are sold for 100-200 rubles in a computer. stores.
