Why does a 404 error pop up in the /admin/ module folder, in the “bs24_settings_edit.php” file?

Good day. There was one problem. It consists in the fact that when I rename a file in the /admin/ folder of my module, then when I switch to this file, it says "Error 404". Screenshot attached.
