How to display products if there are no categories?

Hello.
I have an infoblock, it contains goods. There are no category folders. How can I display all products on the page without linking to sections?
I found information that if you add "SHOW_ALL_WO_SECTION" => "Y" to the component call, then everything will work. Did not help.
PS I'm using the standard catalog component.

Everything is cool, but where should he lead them? The catalog has a hierarchy List of sections -> refinement(*) -> List of elements.
When I last worked with him, he could not display mixed content (when both sections and elements were displayed together).
But you can use not a complex component, but a separate catalog.section and output there
