Why does 2 monitor go out on a poppy?

I am connecting a 2 monitor to my Mac. All settings are set, the monitor is visible. When connected, it lights up and appears in the picture, but after a couple of seconds it goes out. What is the problem?

Hmm, I'm using the third poppy, I haven't seen this...
Try setting gfxCardStatus and see which head turns on. Switch if necessary.
