Why do Windows 10 ftp or SSH connections take a long time to connect after a week without a reboot?

Hello! I started noticing a problem after installing Windows 10.
If the computer does not restart for a long time (for example, a week), they start to get dumb when trying to connect from this computer to the ftp server, the SSH
connection process takes a long time, a minute or more, sometimes you can not wait for the connection, it turns off by timeout. I use putty for SSH and filezilla for ftp respectively. Perhaps you have a similar problem, please help.
After a reboot, everything flies for a while, and after a week the same problem starts again.

Good afternoon!
Tried to connect during the brakes using telnet? Does the connection take too long?

If the problem is not in a specific service (i.e. both FTP and SSH behave inadequately), then the problem is still in the system. On the other hand, it is relatively unlikely that the problem is in the kernel or drivers. Therefore, once again, instead of rebooting, try the following:
1) restart a specific service (FTP for example), see if it helped or not;
2) if not, restart one by one the services related to network interaction, for example, the Windows firewall; after restarting each, check if the problem is resolved;
3) if it doesn't clear up, run TcpView on the machine and see how the client connects to the services: how long does the TCP connection open, are there any sudden breaks;
4) if you have enough time - sniffer with Wireshark and try to narrow down the problem to a specific stage of establishing a connection;
5) in general, try accessing services from the localhost; suddenly the problem is not in your system, but in some router through which you are forwarding ports (if there is one): perhaps it starts to get stupid, and rebooting the system also leads to resetting the network interface on the router / reissuing an IP address, which causes the router into feeling.
