The laptop has the following problem. A monitor, keyboard and mouse are connected to the laptop. After turning on or rebooting, the keyboard or mouse (individually or together) does not work. You have to reboot the laptop again to make them work.
That is, I turn on the computer, the mouse does not work. Rebooted - earned.
I turn it on next time, the keyboard does not work. Rebooted - earned.
And sometimes you have to reboot several times.
Maybe someone faced such a problem? How to fix?

Most likely just not enough power or mouse or keyboard. And it is quite possible that the manufacturer saved on the power of the USB ports, or the mouse or keyboard consumes a lot of power.
Check - load without a mouse / keyboard, and turn them on hot separately - they should start ...
