Why are SMS not coming?

There is a samsung galaxy 3 mini
SMS suddenly stopped coming
Sending normally, mms also come
Turned off the spam filter, checked the message center
Where else can I dig?

Write to opsos support.
I had the same on another body.
And I checked in a megaphone in the UMS service, i.e. in fact, they are sent and come to the online service, but are not delivered.
After unsubscribing in support, all missed en masse came.
