Discrete graphics card won't turn on?

I 've had a Samsung 700Z5 (NP700Z5A-S01UA) laptop for about a year with the following cards:
- AMD Radeon HD6750
- Intel HD Graphics
Discrete is nothing like that, but in practice it never starts. It manifests itself as terrible brakes in all modern games. For example, World of Tanks keeps 10-15 fps at minimum settings.
I rummaged through all the settings of the vidyahi, but did not achieve anything worthwhile. The CCC says it's using a high performance card, and the Chrome debug says it's using Intel. And the fps in games does not stop from switching.
I use Windu only for games, so the built-in one could be turned off altogether.
But through BIOS is not an option, because. Linux is also used not for games, in which it is better to use the built-in one.
Simply disabling Intel in the manager does not help - it turns off along with the second card.
What tips do you have for a sane card launch?

And right-click on chrome (icon on the slave) - from the menu, run something there on AMD? With Nvidia, this is with AMD, I'm not sure.

And when you turn off the built-in BIOS, then everything is fine?

Same problem, only on Win8 :)

Found a solution - Catalyst_13.4_WHQL_UnifL_v2. Works under both Win7 and Win8. And my laptop, by the way, is almost the same :)
