Why do two different colors in a hex model give the same color in an hsla model?

Situation: the color #263032 is specified in the layout, I converted it to hsla model = hsla(190, 14%, 17%, 1) - this is the result of the chrome and avocode converters.
When converted back in the browser, the color is #252F31.
And you can see the difference between hex colors. Example on jsfiddle
Why is this happening?

@Adara

Probably not enough resolution of the hsla job.
Here we need a fraction of a percent.
