Why do they make a separate personal account for physical. persons and legal faces in the online store?

There is an example of 2 stores (city.ink and oz.n). The logic is approximately the same: you register as an individual, but if there is a need to pay for orders as a legal entity, then you are asked to “add an organization”. To do this, you enter the data of the organization, and now you are authorized on the site as a legal entity. face. Those. as if 2 cabinets are obtained and you need to switch between them when you need to pay from one of the legal entities. persons or from individuals. Bonuses from purchases also go either to the individual or to the company with which he bought (as well as reviews and other activity).

Is there any explanation why it is necessary to separate profiles and nothing else?

I would like to do this in my store: you register as an individual. You can add as many legal details as you want to your profile. persons and at the payment step you simply choose a convenient method at the time of payment: an individual or an account for one of the previously added organizations). At the same time, all bonuses / discounts are accumulated on one profile of an individual (an account manager, so to speak). Can such an option be implemented? If not, what are the arguments? Thanks in advance for your replies

@caballero

in most cases, you don’t need a personal account,
usually a person comes to buy a product and wants to do it in one click without registration and what for
he doesn’t need accounts.
who in general will remember passwords to their cabinets in online stores of which there may be more than a dozen and in which a person visits every few months.
Personally, if I am forced to register, I just go to another store - the prices are about the same for everyone

There is no explanation. Apparently the store developers thought that it would be better / easier / whatever.
In general, different people can make purchases on behalf of a legal entity, so it makes sense.
At the same time, such a case occurs (kmk) more often than the option with several legal entities per person.

Not prohibited by law. Only I have already described a case a little higher, where it will not be very convenient.
