Services for sale for subscription of license keys?

Interested in services that allow the user to sell a subscription for which he receives a license key in response, and then in the application where he integrates, it would be possible to check the validity of the key through the API. While the subscription is active - this key is considered valid, if canceled or not paid, then the key is not valid and deny access to features.

Found this from something like this:

• Paddle (for such a case, you need to submit a separate request to them and verification of keys is possible only through their SDK)

For the most part, Gumroad can be used for such a case, but for some reason it is strange that there are almost no similar analogues. Maybe someone knows similar ready-made solutions that could be used to sell desktop software with a subscription?
