Why does the control order on the market not pass?

Hello,
I'm trying to pass the verification of the passage of the control order when working with the Yandex Market API for working under the "Order on the Market" program. All checks passed except:
Checking a real order (fake=false)
Yandex gives an error: Failed to create an order, API error when trying to update and create an order (/cart, /order/accept).
Installed 1C-Bitrix: Site management 17.0.6 + online store
