Why do the headphones turn off when the mini-jack is connected to the Acer Aspire M3-581TG laptop when a certain volume is reached?

Notebook Acer Aspire M3-581TG
The problem is that when you connect a mini jack, for example headphones, when a certain volume is reached, approximately above 30-40%, they turn off and the sound does not work either on the laptop or on the headphones. To make it work again, you need to turn down the volume and reconnect the headphones. This problem is observed on any headphones connected to the laptop. If you connect headphones via bluetooth, everything works perfectly at any volume, as well as with built-in speakers.
I could take it to the service, but the laptop will be sent, for about a month, to determine the cause of the breakdown, and I need a laptop. What could be the problem?
Windows reinstalled, even more than that, installed Ubuntu, it has the same problem.
If you need to replace something in the laptop itself, tell me what, I can probably handle it myself.
Tried googling, didn't find anything.

What kind of nonsense? "the sound subsystem is inseparable from the motherboard" There is a codec and an amplifier on the board. In your case, the problem is with the amplifier. It can be repaired in half an hour. And you do not need to change the motherboard - such advice is mainly given by service centers that do not know how to repair. If you need help, write to
