Is it normal to have a lot of reserved memory on ASUS Laptop 15 M509DJ-BQ080?

The ASUS Laptop 15 M509DJ-BQ080 has just over 2 GB of RAM reserved. Is it normal? If someone had the same problem, how did you deal with it? And if the same laptop model (most likely not, but suddenly ..), how much is reserved with you? And if you think that you turned to the wrong place, could you advise a forum where you could ask this question and hear exactly the right answer?

Fine. AMD Vega reserves this for itself. I was eating 2 GB out of 8 GB, which I was very unhappy with. I corrected it by editing the NVRAM UMA Size variable through the RE utility, reduced it to 1 GB (allowable values are 256 MB .. 4 GB).
I can explain in more detail in any messenger, there is a lot of fuss
