The picture freezes every 5 seconds, what could be the problem?

Today I noticed that on my laptop every 4-5 seconds the picture freezes for 1-2 seconds. It’s very difficult to do something with such a bug. I cleaned the PC of everything unnecessary, it didn’t help. I'll find a couple of tips here.

Try to boot from some LiveCD, if the problem persists, then something with the hardware, if not, then with the software.
