Which laptop to buy for web development under $700?

I plan to buy a new working laptop (basically a laptop, because I have to walk a lot with it). I am engaged in FrontEnd, i.e. it is desirable that a graphics editor, a text editor, two browsers with several tabs (7-10 pieces each) be open and work in parallel. I have never set it up yet, but I plan to install a local server for testing (I think this also requires its own technical characteristics). And at the same time, it is limited in the budget, namely, up to 20 thousand hryvnias, or up to $700, or 55 thousand rubles (translated based on the Ukrainian exchange rate). In general, advise specific models, or some technical requirements are mandatory so that you can work comfortably.

A used ThinkPad will fit into this budget, see the W series with a FullHD screen. there IPS.
On the same Avito, there is also a W550 on i7 at a price of about 50k and older W530 / W540 at a price of 30-40k. Then you add an SSD there (there is an m.2 connector) and as much memory as you need (even the W530 pulls 32Gb) and you get a good working machine with an excellent keyboard and almost indestructible.
My wife assembled a W530 with 32Gb and three disks (she needs to work with graphics), everything has been working fine for more than a year, and the laptop cost $450 at one time

Choose the parameters on some e-catalog or market: fullhd, IPS, 16gb ram (8 is possible, but with a free slot so that you can install it), SSD or SSD + HDD, video can be embedded, percent or i3 or i5, most likely it will be U is a series of processors in this class, from my experience I can recommend Asus or Lenovo from brands, and then you already look at the appearance, availability in your stores, read reviews and look at reviews of those laptops that you like.
