As it turned out, the ability to enter the standard UEFI BIOS can be disabled. It turns out that in some cases, when activating Windows using SLIC in the BIOS, the standard BIOS entry is blocked.
Just struggled with this yesterday on a Lenovo V570c. Disconnecting the battery did NOT help in my case.
The laptop is now running Win7, the solutions (disabling fast boot, other buttons) do not help. I will flash the BIOS.
UPD.
Bios flashed on the same. There was an entry into the BIOS by F2
On two laptops, I saw that the entrance to the settings was blocked when the systems did not turn off, but were transferred to hibernation, including when "Quick Startup" was enabled in Windows.
