Why do speakers and headphones hiss in Windows 10?

Good evening.
I connected new headphones to the PC.
In Windows 10, there was noise and a slight whistle, which is always there, as soon as the system has loaded.
I have ubuntu on the second disk, everything is in order there.
I have been digging in the network for an hour, set up everything that is possible, but without results.
In the sound settings there is an exclamation mark

What could be the problem.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you all for your input, the issue has been resolved.
You need to uncheck the microphone properties -> listen -> listen from this device

Because there are pickups on the audio path.
And Windows 10, for all its shortcomings, has nothing to do with it. At least install XP, at least Ubuntu.
The problem is in the quality of the audio path. If your sound card is soldered into the motherboard and not shielded in any way, what else do you want?
If your sound card is separated from other components by a good screen, or even taken out of the system unit and has its own case, then, of course, everything will be better there.

Most likely kosyachnye settings in the drivers, by default something like "mixer mode" is enabled, when the sound from the microphone is mixed into the output signal.
Go to realtek's website and find fresh firewood and "control center" or whatever it's called. There should be many times more settings than in the Windows interface.
