Why do some sysadmins reject panels like Webmin, Ajenti, ISPConfig?

In my opinion, there is such a trend.
And pretty durable.
Or am I wrong?
Are there competent people who use these (or similar) software?
Why am I asking this question?
I want to use any of the above solutions, but I have doubts.
Interested in whether there are "adequate" arguments in favor of these panels?

Because the admin doesn't need them.
All the same, you will have to connect a little via ssh.
So what's the point?
And here to the user without the panel in any way.

Because they are complete shit, well, really shit, especially obviously with different migrations and updates, if you want a panel, take it forever for cheap or a splash, or a panel from a provider
Hands are not convenient, but everything is transparent and understandable, unlike panels
