Why do pages redirect to urlrewrite.php in Bitrix when switching from Yandex?

Good afternoon!
There is a site on Bitrix, it turned out that when you follow links from Yandex to its pages, a redirect to /bitrix/urlrewrite.php occurs, and the pages themselves give a 404 error. Moreover, if you go to them on the site itself, or if you go through Google, the pages open normally.
What could be the reason?
