Why do not all programs start on Windows?
A few days ago , programs stopped running on Windows 7 x64 . It just doesn't start and that's it. It used to show an error, but now it doesn't. Programs on autorun also do not start.
And most importantly - everything starts on another user!
What can be done? Windu reinstall is not very desirable.

Look in the registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows] for the AppInit_DLLs key. If there is a value (especially if it's a weirdly named dll), just delete everything.
See the same here [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows].
See what updates were put into the system. It's easy to google what exactly the update caused such crap. Take them down and business then.
Is there a message at startup stating that a temporary user profile has been created for the account due to the unavailability of the main one?
