Why do Mikrotik SOHO routers usually do not have an external antenna, while other manufacturers do?

Is this more of a Mikrotik flaw, or are the external antennas of conventional SOHO routers not effective? Then why put them all on?

Wrong wording of the question. It will be correct like this: Lord, Thank you! But for what good deeds you sent us routers without external Antennas.

It’s just that in soho wifi routers this is more of a bonus and this is enough in 99% of cases, if you need a larger radius, then in any case it’s much more efficient to raise the capsman network.
In general, the decision is quite justified.

Mikrotiks have antennas, they are located on the inside of the case, in Mikrotik everything is thought out and optimized as much as possible. Antennas on routers from other manufacturers are approximately similar in power. And if there is no difference, why do external ones? the answer is marketing
As my practice shows, Wi-Fi works better for microts than on routers like tplink, asus, züksel, etc. Because the guys actually do proff pieces of iron
