What Wifi distribution program to use on Windows?

We need a program that is not heavy and that does not load resources.
So that it does not take long to set up. I want it to be in a few clicks.
Goal: Distribute wifi from a Windows 7 laptop with a megaphone modem connected to it through which the Internet comes.
