Why do images with Initiator (index) take a few seconds to load?

I noticed that on the combat site https://telehaus.com.ua/hotel/the-sandpiper/ pictures with Initiator (index) are loaded for several seconds (1.5 - 5.5), and on the test site https://test. telehaus.com.ua/hotel/the-sandpiper/ - 150 - 380 ms. Why is that? The server is configured incorrectly, the code on the combat one has errors, there are not enough files on the combat one...?

And what does the Initiator(index) parameter mean?

does this question need to be asked here ? it's only you can see, on hosting, errors-mashiki...
make a fresh copy of the combat one and put it where the test one is right now, and compare,
otherwise what is right now - the combat one is clearly with adjustments already...
