Poetry in code. What is it?

Honestly, I'm not going to ask technical questions now. I want to find out from the audience of the toster.ru portal the purely aesthetic, philosophical parts of the profession of a programmer.
1) In general, in music and fine arts, we often come across the concept of poetry. What do you think is poetry in programming?
2) Is the statement decent code => decent programmer true? But then you can ask the question, what is decent? After all, everyone has their own formulation, that is, it is subjective.
3) I'm a schoolboy, and I'm purely interested in which way programmers develop. There are different kinds of programmers, different competences, so what is the right path to follow, are there any stages?
4) Does the character of a programmer affect his work, projects, success, in the end? What should be the image of a programmer (not everyone likes bearded boys with beer at the computer and girls who can play DotA). How should a programmer generally behave in order to achieve something? Be a bastard in life and look for solutions, like "Doctor House", or be a simpleton and be content with playing games from steam.
5) How important is a mathematical mindset? If not enough, then the programmer will be of insufficient grade?
6) How do you distinguish a good programmer from a bad one?
7) Needs not related to programming, how do they affect programming?
8) Social status, place of residence - do they influence?
9) When can you consider yourself a good programmer?
10) What do you think about female programmers / male programmers?
11) Is the change for the better? Constantly learn new languages or stay on one technology all your life and develop it, be a guru in one area.
12) What do programmers dream about?
PS: Thank you for reading, I understand, the questions are obvious, maybe even stupid, but ..
