How to implement email attachment to ftp?

Good afternoon/evening dear connoisseurs.
How can I upload attachments to an ftp server?
For example: I received a letter with an attachment... and this attachment should get into the site directory by any means, how to implement this idea? Thank you!

1. We pick up mail using fetchmail, using metamail we extract the attachment.
   
2. Lem attach via FTP where necessary.
