Why do I see questions with tags that I am not subscribed to at the best?

Since yesterday, in the MOST INTERESTING FOR 24 HOURS , I began to display questions related to soldering irons and all kinds of electronics. It's already stressing me out. And this is not a question, this message is
addressed to the Toaster management.

Is there a filtering by user tags? I don't think there is and never has been.
