Why is captcha not displayed on Toaster?

After the first question asked on the Toaster, I could not create the second one, because the captcha was not displayed. Chrome browser 35.0.1916.153m, ADBlock disabled. To create the second question, I decided to use Mozilla FireFox, the captcha was displayed, but disappeared again after creation. As a result, in order to create the 3rd question, I had to launch Opera, just as soon the bowsers will end;)

It's strange, my toaster doesn't ask for captcha at all
