There is a site on Bitrix. We want to buy a license and make another site. Is it possible? Or extra. licenses are bought for scaling and replications?

The standard license allows you to create two sites on one system. If you need more than two sites on one system, you need to buy an additional one for each. license.
If you need several sites on different systems (with different databases), you need to buy a full license for each.
PS It is much more logical to ask such questions directly to Bitrix support. Well, they have it all on their website .
