Why do I need a privacy policy when uploading a game to the Google Play Console under "Data Security"?

My game doesn't have a privacy issue because: I don't have ads, my game doesn't use user data, it's intended for kids over 13, and it's not family friendly. And I immediately indicated this in the "Data Security" section. But for some reason, at the data preview stage, in this section, they still require me to 61fe03cf774b3767939265.jpegprovide a link to the privacy policy. What will I write there if I do not use any data?

A policy is required even if you do not collect information.
There are a lot of sites that generate privacy policies, this is certainly not very good, but I do not think that you have a AAA project with a team of lawyers. It is not necessary to write it yourself.
You can copy the text from there into a Google document. Open access to the document only by link, without the possibility of editing and that's it.

So it is necessary to write in it that no data is used. These are the rules of Google.
