How to find your phone number on google play?

Hello.
I lost my phone in December, but that's not the question. I found out in Google Play that my device was online not so long ago and there is an MTS operator (I've been using "megaphone" for 6 years now).

Question - if Google Play knows the new number, can I recognize it? I've been digging around in Google help and can't find it. This I suppose would be a good help when looking for the police.

Write a request to Google support. Prove that the phone is yours, most likely they will ask for imei.
