Why do I have sound problems in my Asus n76vb laptop?

The sound is clear but crackles. I bought a laptop a couple of days ago, I chose it for a very long time, the sound is clean but occasionally snores a lot. Maybe because of the wood? If so, where can I download the normal ones for it?
