Why do I get a microsoft lync error when joining a conference?

Faced such a problem, when entering the microsoft lync conference, it gives an error screenshot below. I've already tried everything, the plugin is installed, I tried both IE and chrome. The result is the same.

Most likely the problem is in the disabled permission to launch Active X
Go to the IE browser properties
Change the settings and restart the browser.
