As usual, I threw some money into the SIPNET service to make some calls. And I will immediately say that the status of the account is confirmed.
I used to call almost any number without problems, but now, when I try to call, an error occurs:

404 Unknown user account - логин и пароль не найдены

Of course, all the information I entered is correct. Support refers to the fact that I have problems and asks to contact their forum.
Has anyone come across this problem and knows how to solve it? I will be grateful if you help.

Perhaps your From is sent incorrectly, for example, the wrong host is there. Try collecting a Wireshark call dump and look at the headers, most likely there will be an answer
