Why do files get broken after being uploaded to FTP by WinSCP?

Hello. When I load a certain file into WinSCP (usually a text file), it gets smaller and some lines in it just disappear.
For example: the file size was 123kb, when moved it became 60kb, or even smaller (48kb) in general, that is, it is simply damaged.
Please help.
