What is the alternative to KDE Connect on Windows?

There is an awesome thing called KDE Connect. It allows you to control your computer from your phone, convenient file sharing and clipboard.
But that's not the problem, I have windows. What are the alternatives for convenient file transfer and more (ftp is not suitable)

Remote Utilities.
