Why do fans work but Macs don't?

Good evening gentlemen and ladies.

Please tell me what's the matter :( the poppy stopped turning on from the battery after parsing and starting without acb, the fans turn on to the maximum and that's it. Is this some kind of emergency mode? And what is worth looking at first
