Why do bugs / errors constantly occur with AirPods when working with my laptop?

There are 2nd generation Apple AirPods headphones and there is my Asus laptop ( https://www.foxtrot.com.ua/en/shop/noutbuki_asus_f... ), there are problems when playing music / sounds on the laptop in headphones, connect here so:

Constantly when I connect them there are all sorts of problems, for example, I listen to music in a telegram, I may not voice a song, the headphones are connected via a computer, but telegrams can either play music or not. Also, when connecting during something or running some program, they may not play sound and force me to reconnect the headphones, and on the 5th or 10th try everything will work ...
Please tell me what the problem is, maybe the firewood needs to be installed. Well, really, as much as possible, I already bought headphones for 6k hryvnias and still have to hemorrhoid with this topic, well, that’s not how it’s done, after all ...
