Is it possible to tweak the Windows Framework to turn into OS X?

When you search windows mac styleor windows os x uiwhatever, you'll get results like OS X Theme for Windows 10, which isn't surprising. I can’t find a high-quality theme and there is no immersion effect. I think it's all about the limitations of the Windows Theme Engine, that is, the impossibility of primitively throwing the "close / minimize" buttons to the left, etc.
Are there tweaks to the Windows system framework for complete immersion in the theme without jambs? Ideally, a custom Theme Engine like in Android (CyanogenMod TE, for example). I really want to feel the OS X UI, but somehow it didn’t work out with the hackintosh.

You, not working with Makos, simply don’t understand that it’s not about appearance. Having put the Dock in Windows, you will get all the tighter Windows.

not like.
Maybe there will be some style, but not when you don't feel mac os. Because Windows code is closed.
