How to run the game on a second monitor if it is not the main one in WIN 7?

Gentlemen Khabrovchane and not only. I have three monitors, the left one is considered the main one, but it is more convenient to play games on the middle monitor. How to transfer the game from the left (first) to the middle (second) monitor?
SHIFT + WIN + (arrows left to right) does not help, this method does not know how to transfer games.

Either run in a windowed (or in a window without borders on the whole screen) and move where necessary, or not at all, the features of rendering fullscreen 3d applications.
