Where is the virtual machine located in RAM?

Where in the RAM of the host machine is the RAM of the virtual machine? The virtualbox.exe process takes up about 140 megabytes of RAM. Host - windows.
Update 1. After starting the virtual machine from the VirtualBox program, the memory has changed from 1.18 GB to 2.48 GB, the difference is 1.3 GB.
Update 2. A piece of memory in a host OS can be tied to a process, service, driver, or something else. None of the processes.

This process spawns processes in which virtual machines run.
There is such a program
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/p...
This is an advanced TaskManager .
You can see the processes in a tree hierarchy in order (which process spawned which process)
You can find virtualbox there and see the child processes and see the processes that spin the virtual machine.

In the task manager, turn on the display of the column View -> Select columns ... -> "Memory - working set". You will most likely see it there.
