Why did I get a black screen after loading Windows 10?

The computer was built like this: ASRock A320M-DVS R4.0 motherboard, AMD Athlon 200GE OEM processor, one 4GB chip. Rolled Win10 Home 20H2. Everything worked right away, but with brakes. The next morning, the PC turns on, Windows starts up, asks for a PIN, after entering the PIN, a black screen appears and that's it. Why did I get a black screen after loading Windows 10?

Probably, the Explorer does not start.
As you see a black screen, press Ctrl + Alt + Del, launch the task manager, in which find the Explorer process and restart it, and if there is no Explorer process, then start a new one through the file menu.

Try to wait 15-20 minutes, it will suddenly load.
But since Windows is just installed and you won’t lose anything, I would recommend taking another image and reinstalling it again. Perhaps an unsuccessful image was downloaded.
