How to track where the Internet speed is leaking?

Good day. Recently a problem arose: the Internet is wildly slow on a PC, and on a laptop (Via wi-fi), all the rules fly. It costs Linux, I tried to boot from it - the Internet is excellent, the speed is more than on Windows by as much as 50 Mbps. Who has what options?

@babulja

Type in the console:
For example:
And see what happens. Wait a bit, let it output more, and then you can stop and view in detail. This is the easiest way :)
To see the external interfaces, type in ifconfig

Use Wireshark .
Make sure that the problem is observed, start capturing packets, wait until there is enough data for analysis: offhand, 10 minutes will be more than enough. And then go to the Statistics menu and start analyzing what goes where. I would start with the menu Statistics - IPv4 Statistics - All addresses, and then according to the situation.
