Why do browsers on Windows 7 display graphics crookedly?
Hello dear hackers.
One problem got out here (the problem has been observed for a long time), in browsers on Windows 7, the graphics of sites are displayed somehow crookedly. Moreover, this is observed not on 1 computer, starting from the weak, ending with the rather modest parameters of the machine.
This problem is also observed on x64 and x86 Windows 7 systems.
For example, here's how the site pin.gamekassa.ru looks like in my top seven:
Although when the site was made up everything was fine, until it was opened via the network!
What could be the trick? I just didn’t pay attention to it before, but today I had to take a screenshot from the site, and it comes out with crooked graphics. I don't know how to deal with it.
Thanks in advance.

These are some of your problems. This site works fine for me.
Check cache, plugins...
Judging by the comments: wst-place.com/viewtopic.php?t=884&p=3754
The problem is still in the network.
Thanks to all. Only for what cons I did not understand!
Personally, I didn't downvote. But I can assume:
1 - an example of a graphics defect MUST be uploaded in png or any other lossless compression format, and not in jpg with hard losses.
2 - posting such a huge photo before habrakat is a terrible practice. in an rss reader it looks terrible, and causes a lot of negative emotions
