I did not find any economic benefit. Is it all about the tricks of concluding a contract?

The transfer of a citizen to the category of individual entrepreneur and the conclusion of a contract with this individual entrepreneur means that this citizen is completely removed from the field of labor legislation .
You take the labor code (it doesn’t matter in Ukraine or the Russian Federation), read it, then you understand that you won’t see all these rights and guarantees and throw it away.
Also, you will not see the priority payment of money in certain cases, certification of jobs and other important and useful things.

1. Sick leave, holiday pay - at your expense.
   
2. You can fine a terrible one - since it will be a contract with a performing company, and not an employment relationship.
   
3. You can sue back the money for "an unfulfilled or poorly executed contract."
   
4. Easier accounting for the payer (but more complicated for the performer).
