Am I the only one who is surprised that one of the most reputable IT resources does not have a normal client?) There are so many developers on the site, but no one can make a normal, functional application. Sorry for offtopic, but already boiled

Didn't live up to offline applications? with uploading pictures, other people's comments, and maybe even delayed posting of comments and ratings (well, this is completely unnecessary, but there are so few offline applications)?
