Why did winSCP and Totalcomander ftp-manager stop accessing sections on timeweb hosting?

On my computer (everything is ok on others), a couple of days ago winSCP, as well as Totalcomander ftp manager, stopped accessing sections on timeweb hosting. That is, the connection to the server goes well, but it’s impossible to go to any sections from the root section. I tried it on other hosters - everything works in both winSCP and totalcommander, but this problem is observed on all timeweb servers.

I solved the problem by rebooting the router.
